Coloray and Kolmar Sign Strategic Partnership to Co-Explore the Future of Cosmetic Industry

On April 2, 2025, Zhejiang Coloray Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Kolmar Cosmetics (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. held a successful strategic partnership signing ceremony in Wuxi, Jiangsu.

The two parties will engage in deep collaboration in areas such as cosmetic effect pigments research and development, and innovative formula development. They will jointly establish an innovation laboratory to explore new frontiers in beauty technology.

The ceremony was attended by Coloray's Chairman, Zhuo Zhongbiao, and Kolmar’s Chairman, Jin Zhenghu, along with other distinguished guests. Under the witness of the attendees, representatives from both parties signed the strategic cooperation agreement and unveiled the "Joint Innovation Laboratory." This laboratory will focus on research in cosmetic effect pigments applications, sustainable material development, and digital color solutions, helping to drive the functional and differentiated development of beauty products.
